This bundled packages includes 3 Deep Drip Watering Spikes. The spikes or stakes will allow you to easily deliver water and nutrients directly to the root zone of trees and shrubs that require it. The 14" length is useful on shallow rooted trees, shrubs, vines, potted plants, and smaller trees. Just hammer in the spikes right next to a shrub or tree that requires water. The caps on the stakes are made with strong ABS plastic and will be able to handle many sledgehammer blows. After your stake is installed in the soil at the proper depth, they will deliver 100% water to the tree without run-off or evaporation. Water soluble fertilizers can be placed in the stake if required. The Deep Drip Watering Spikes can be used with flood irrigation systems, automatic drip systems, and garden hoses. They even help you conserve your water usage instead of having to water the trees with your garden hose, by up to 50%.
