The 10-inch pneumatic tires provide a smooth transport on the project area. An enclosed gearbox prevents spreading grass seed or fertilizer from disrupting activity. Depending on material and speed of application, the 85 lb. Tow Broadcast Spreader can cover up to 14,000 square feet in one fill. A hopper cover and a deflector are optional accessories used to keep the material dry and to narrow the spreading pattern. An optional grate accessory improves material flow and spreader performance. A cable flow control provides an easy method to open or close during spreading, without having to dismount your tractor. The best time to use a spreader is in the spring.
